WP 20,000 (Waterproofness Rating) WP stands for Waterproof. The "20,000" (often expressed as 20k) refers to 20,000 millimeters (mm) of water a fabric can withstand before water begins to seep through. A rating of 20,000 mm is considered a high level of waterproofness, suitable for heavy, sustained rain and demanding conditions. MVP stands for Moisture Vapour Permeability, often referred to as MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate). This measures how well the fabric allows sweat (in vapor form) to escape from the inside of the garment to the outside. A rating of 50,000 g/m2/24h indicates excellent breathability, ideal for high-intensity activities where significant perspiration is expected, helping to prevent a damp and clammy feeling.

Warm up & cool down: 37.5® Technology helps keep your body at the ideal core temperature of 37.5° Celsius and helps keep the microclimate next to your skin at the ideal relative humidity of 37.5%. When you’re hot, patented active particles embedded in the material remove sweat in the vapor stage before liquid sweat forms, cooling you down. When you’re cold, those same active particles trap your energy to help warm you up.

PFC Free

PFC-free means the fabric is treated without per- and polyfluorinated chemicals, which are harmful to the environment. Instead, a safer alternative water-repellent finish is used to provide protection from light rain and moisture. Abacus is by far the most design-conscious brand for women's golfing attire in the industry. I have been so disappointed in women's golf attire brands for years until I found Sandrine's brand.
