Exchanges and Returns


At Abacus Sportswear, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our products on the golf course, or in your everyday life, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges of products purchased online and shipped within the United States only within 30 days of the shipping from date of receipt. There will be a $5 restocking fee for all returned orders.

We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Only items purchased on (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns. Extended Holiday Returns: orders placed after 11/15 can be returned until 1/15.

Items received damaged, dirty, or without tags, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 1 exchange is allowed per return. If you are still not satisfied with the exchange, you will receive a store credit.




Enter your order number and the zip code associated with it in the box to start a return/exchange. Once you enter this information, a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return or exchange. Once you complete the returns process, you will receive the shipping instructions to send your product back.
Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the packing slip are included in the SAME package.

Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.



We will process your return as soon as we receive it back and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to process.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference.



Shipping cost applied at checkout DOES NOT include duties and taxes that will be due when receiving the package (each country is different).

We don't offer free returns on International orders.
When returning your order, please Include your invoice and eligible items in the return package.
Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it takes 3-7 business days for our team to process, then we will email you to let you know it has been processed.
In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product and duties (both ways).
Please obtain and keep tracking for your records.



Klarna purchases are subject to Abacus' standard return policy for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment.
If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your Klarna installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive a refund of the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
