Our U.S. headquarters are located in Orlando. We are distributed across 25 countries worldwide, with the brand’s main headquarters based in Stockholm.

Abacus Sportswear is built on one simple belief: weather should never stand between you and your game. Our mission is to make all weather conditions insignificant, so you can focus entirely on that perfect golf moment—whether it’s rain, wind, or heat.
Created by golfers, for golfers, every piece we design is driven by real performance needs on the course. We combine technical innovation with functional design to ensure comfort, protection, and freedom of movement in any condition.
With a strong global presence across 25 countries and roots in Sweden, we are proud to be trusted at the highest levels of the game. We outfit 10 national golf teams in Europe with waterproof gear, have held the Ryder Cup license for over 14 years, have dressed the European Solheim Cup team six times, and collaborate with prestigious events like The Open Championship.
As we approach our 50th anniversary in 2027, we continue to push performance forward—so that when you step onto the course, nothing else matters but your game.
3. When will my order ship?
We typically ship your order the next business day after it’s placed. All orders are shipped from Orlando, and delivery usually takes between 1–5 business days depending on your location. If you need your order sooner, faster shipping options are available at checkout. Free shipping orders are sent via standard USPS.
4. Where do you ship? Do you offer free shipping?
We ship all orders from Orlando and currently ship within the United States. We offer free shipping via USPS Ground on all orders. If you need your items sooner, you can select a faster shipping option at checkout for an additional cost.
4. Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes—we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders shipped within the U.S.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- A $15 restocking fee applies unless you selected Redo (package protection) at checkout.
- Items that are worn, damaged, dirty, or missing tags may be rejected or subject to a 30% fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns must include valid order information.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days so we can make it right.
- Exchanges: One exchange is allowed per order. If you're still not satisfied, we’ll issue a store credit.
- Holiday extension: Orders placed between 11/15 and 12/2 can be returned until 1/15.
5. How does your sizing run?
Our sizing runs true to size, so we recommend choosing your usual size. For extra guidance, you can use the “What’s my size?” tool on the product page. It asks a few quick questions and recommends the best fit for you in Abacus. Our garments are designed with stretch and a more fitted cut so they don’t get in the way of your swing. If the sizing tool suggests going one size down, we recommend trusting it.
