At Abacus Sportswear, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our products on the golf course, or in your everyday life, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your abacussportswearus.com purchase, we will accept returns of products purchased online and shipped within the United States only within 14 days of the shipping from date of receipt.
The item must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.
We do not accept returns of clearance items.
The following WILL NOT be accepted:
– Products Abacus determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
– Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
– Returns from customers residing outside the U.S.
– Products with the labels removed.
Please email [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number, returns cannot be processed without RA number.
RETURNING BY MAIL
We’re sorry it didn’t work out. Here are the basic steps:
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
Enclose the copy of the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. Include your RA number on the packing slip and clearly write it on the outside of the box.
All products must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to insure full credit.
We don’t cover return shipping charges.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to (please add the RA number in the attention line):
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 14 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference.
