We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. At Abacus Sportswear, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our products on the golf course, or in your everyday life, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of products purchased online and shipped within the United States only within 14 days of the shipping from date of receipt. The item must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full credit. We do not accept returns of clearance/sale items.

The following WILL NOT be accepted:
–       Products Abacus determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
–       Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
–       Returns from customers residing outside the U.S.
–       Products with the labels removed.

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.


Need to make a change? Please email us at [email protected] and we will proceed to the exchange. You may return your product within 14 days for your replacement item.


We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference.


Include your Invoice and Eligible Items in the Return Package.
Once the Return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes 3-7 Business Days for our Team to process, then we will email you a coupon code with store credit.
In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product and duties (both ways).
